Ingredients

1 sweet onion, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup water

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Saute sweet onion, ginger, and red pepper in hot oil. Stir in peanut butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and keep warm until thick. Serve as a dipping sauce.
