Ingredients

2 tsp. veg oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 jalapeno, seeded and diced

1 cup water

1/4 cup shoyu

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 tsp brown sugar

1/2 cup coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts

Preparation

Heat veg oil in small saucepan. Saute garlic and jalapeno for 5 seconds. Add water, shoyu, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Cook, stirring until thickened, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in chopped dry roasted peanuts.
