Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 table spoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon fish sauce
1/2 table spoon Ginger
1/2 table spoon onion
For hot sauce add
1 table spoon chili paste
1/2 teaspoon musturd
For topping
1/2 cup of crushed nuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Place the peanut butter in a sauce pan and warm until peanut butter is workable. Add coconut milk and other ingredients stirring constantly. Add the other spices as your taste prefers storing constantly and avoiding over heating the sauce, which will lead to an oily separated sauce.
