Ingredients

2 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped

1" piece of fresh ginger, peeled & chopped

1/2 cup smooth, natural peanut butter

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1 tablespoon light brown sugar

pinch of red pepper flakes

Water to thin

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, or food processor & blend until smooth. Add water as necessary to thin to desired consistency.
