Ingredients

• 1 cup chunky peanut butter

• 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

• 2 teaspoons sesame oil

• 2 teaspoons soy sauce

• 1/4 cup hot water

• 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
