Pork Ribs Fry Bangalore Style Recipe
Ingredients 1 Kg Pork ribs, Black full dried pepper 10 nos, 10 grms cinamon sticks, 5 long dry red chilly, 20 grm ginger crushed, 1 table spoon vinigar & pinch of salt. Preparation Keep a 1 Kg Pressure cooker, mix prok ribs with above incrediants. Add quarter cup water,pressure cook for 20 miniutes. If water is more simmer it after pressure cook. Serve hot with Bread roll & steamed cauliflower. The whole cooking & preparing time should not be more than 30 minutes....
