Pickled Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 1 tbls sugar julienned veggies (carrots. daikon. cauliflower, broccoli, fennel, zucchini, etc) Preparation combine first three ingredients in pot and bring to a boil. add veggies and simmer until softened. remove from heat drain and allow to cool, referigerate until cold
