Peas And Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients 2 tablespoons margarine or butter 1/4 cup chopped celery 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1 (2.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained 2 cups frozen sweet peas, thawed* 1 (2-oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained Preparation Melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in celery and onion; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in all remaining ingredients; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
